Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We want you to be happy with your purchase! You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.

  • The product is different from what you ordered.

  • The product is in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and personal care items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Sale or clearance items, unless damaged or defective

3. How to Request a Return

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email us at support@mrfabjoy.in within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order ID, product details, and clear photos of the item showing the issue.

2️⃣ Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, guide you through the return shipping process. We may arrange pickup or ask you to ship it back yourself.

3️⃣ Condition: Please ensure the item is unused and packed securely to prevent damage during return transit.

4. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible — please use the return process instead.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • If you’re returning for other reasons, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or payment provider.

  • Processing times may vary — please allow a few extra days.
